Electric Bikes
Good for Groups of 2-4
Enjoy the simple pleasure of a bike ride and fresh air. Grab our electric bikes to relieve some stress and have a gorgeous bike ride amongst the vines in search of the perfect vistas or picnic spot. Choose a 1 or 2 hour ride through the vineyard. The 2 hour ride is available with or without a CASS picnic add-on.

Archery

You may find that you are adopting a new hobby! Add on a CASS charcuterie board to enjoy while taking advantage of the vineyard and reservoir views.

Joining forces with the talents of Art Social, we offer classes twice a month for you to get sip and get creative on the vineyard. Class includes all art supplies, your first glass of wine, and a cheese & charcuterie board.

Our sommelier led classes are engaging for both the novice wine drinker and those who are already well versed. These experiential seminars pursue varying topics and encourage both discussion and inquisitive minds.
This class is held monthly, but can also be booked for private large groups.

SUNSET HIKE AND VINEYARD TOUR

Enjoy Paso Robles Wine Country from the vantage point of our foothills that hug our 145 acre vineyard. Beginning and ending at our Geneseo Inn, this "backstage all-access pass" to CASS Winery highlights working knowledge of the vineyard, terroir and microclimate effects on varietals, and landmark experiences of the reservoir, bee hives, apple orchards and olive orchards. The hike finally ascends the foothills dusted with wild grasses and dotted with ancient oaks for a sunset experience and photo worthy vistas of the vineyard. The experience includes a glass of wine with an option to add-on a cheese board for nibbles at check-out.

Join Executive Chef Charlie Paladin Wayne for an inspiring cooking demonstration that melds a classroom setting with the joy of dining. Learn from Chef Charlie as he works through an assortment of recipes while you enjoy a glass to sip as you taste through his creations.

Helicopter Tours

Who can resist an epic view of wine country? Enjoy this unique wine tasting excursion that takes you through the wine region while sating the most adventurous spirit! Options include (actual flight time reflected):
Coastal & Vineyard Tour | 1 hour
Soar over the Central Coast's picturesque coastline and rolling vineyard hills, while sipping on a bottle of Cass wine. This tour includes lunch and wine tasting at our Cass Cafe.

Coastal & Vineyard Wine Tasting Tour (3 wineries) | 1 hour
Your tour starts in the Cass Cafe while you enjoy lunch and wine tastings. As you enter the helicopter you will be greeted with a bottle of Cass wine to enjoy as you soar over the Central Coast's picturesque coastline. As you return to Paso Robles you will then taste at two additional wineries before returning to CASS. All tasting fees included.

Third Wheel Tours

Third Wheel Motorcycle tours brings the label of "DD" to a whole other level. Start your day at CASS, and then meander the winding backroads of Paso to explore other amazing wine tasting experiences. You will be upping your ante of "cool" as your private drivers motor your gang around wine country.
