Wine Club Policies

Billing
Biannual shipments will automatically be billed to your credit card account. You may cancel your membership at anytime, provided you give 10 days' notice prior to shipment.

Receiving alcohol
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. In placing your order, you represent yourself to us that you are of at least 21 years old. Wines may only be sold and delivered to persons who are 21 years old When your wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old.

Personal information
Cass Winery agrees to hold your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never sell, lend or give away that information to anyone.

Shipping charges
Shipping costs are part of the initial effort to ship the package. Returned items that must be resent will be charged separately on your credit card. If we cannot complete the shipment, we will refund your purchase on your credit card, less shipping costs.
