Our Tasting Room is open daily 11-5pm. You may opt to taste up at the bar or sit on our shaded veranda as we offer tableside tasting as well. Wine by the glass and bottles are also available for purchase.
$15 or $20 tasting fee (waived with bottle purchase or wine club sign up).
Library Tasting Experience
Join Owner Steve Cass, Owner Ted Plemmons, Winemaker Sterling Kragten, General Manager Bryan Cass or Sommelier Katie Gebauer for an intimate tasting experience. Sip through 5-6 Library wines all while learning about the heritage and history of Cass Winery.
$40 per person, includes a cheese & charcuterie plate. Please note, as these Tastings are an elevated experience, advanced reservations are required.

Groups of 12 or more
For groups of 12 guests or more, we offer a limited gourmet fixed menu accompanied by a tasting of Cass Wines. Reservations and one form of payment are required and we strongly recommend that reservations are made at least two weeks in advance.
Our limited gourmet food menu and wine tasting for groups is $32 per person ($25 for club members per person) plus tax plus gratuity. Additional wines by the glass and bottle are available for purchase.
Kindly note that we do not have the ability to offer our full cafe' menu and/or allow for a large group to split into smaller groups.

Private Catered Luncheon
Have a large group, business meeting or a special celebration you would like to host during our winery business hours? Enjoy a private location for your group outside on our veranda, picnic area or inside our inside one of our private rooms. Our Chef can create a wide range of menus to accommodate your special event. We kindly ask for one form of payment for the group so when guests arrive they may enjoy the experience. Reservations are required and we strongly recommend that reservations are made at least one month in advance.

Swirl, Sip and Savor: A Sensory Wine Seminar
Cass Winery offers the perfect educational venue to help you become a more advanced taster and wine aficionado. Katie Bay, Certified Specialist of Wine and Level II Sommelier, guides you through a lively, sensory experience involving analyzation, discussion and tasting of wines. New topics and wines are showcased each month so your discoveries remain exciting and fresh!
Each session provides you with a variety of inter-active opportunities that offers immediate, personal advancement in the knowledge of wine history, heightened recognition and identification of aromas, expanded tasting techniques, appreciation for the subtleties of food pairings, and a true ability to understand the language of wine.
Katie promises you that exploring the rich nuances of wine can be simple, inspiring, and above all, fun!
Offered on a monthly basis, public seminars are limited to 16 guests.
