Identifying and Recognizing Wine Aromas and Flavors:
Join Katie Bay, Certified Specialist of Wine and Level 1 Sommelier, as she shares her passion for the ever-evolving, all-encompassing subject of wine through stimulating, interactive seminars. Attendees will develop their skills in understanding the language of wine, navigating a restaurant wine list, and becoming more tasting room savvy.
Discover what bouquet, nose, notes and finish really mean. Through the sampling of an impressive variety of wines, attendees will practice with standard aroma solutions and the aroma wheel to have an ultimate sensory experience. Sharpen your wine tasting expertise and deepen your wine understanding and appreciation.
Katie promises a lively, sensory learning experience involving analyzation, discussion and tasting wines from all over the world. By the end of the session you, too, will see how discovering the nuances of wine can be simple and above all fun!
