This star bright Viognier’s bouquet explodes with aromas of tropical fruits, lychee, fresh white peach, honeysuckle and crushed acacia flower.  The palate is extremely refreshing with vibrant flavors of red grapefruit, limeade and apricot flowing into a lush kumquat, Meyer lemon and spiced pineapple finish.  This fragrant, mineral-driven white is a quintessential example of Viognier’s varietal characteristics at its best. This crisp, flavorful wine is best drunk young.

The Cass Estate Vineyard, located southeast of the town of Paso Robles, exemplifies the quality of the Paso Robles region with its warm days, cool coastal breezes, and exceptional soils. Resting at 900 feet of elevation, the 160-acre vineyard is planted to 11 varieties on a large terrace above the Huer Huero River. Deposited over centuries, the diverse alluvial soils make for an expressive site that produces fruit of incredible quality.
