The Cass Tasting Room is a "stunning contemporary winery" said Tribune Wine writer Janis Switzer, and she was right. The fact that it houses some of Paso Robles finest and most touted rhone wines makes Cass Winery a must on any wine country tour. The Tasting Room opened its doors to the public in 2005 offering wine lovers a comprehensive Tasting Room where the wines could be showcased, sampled and purchased. In addition, our gourmet food menu, prepared by Executive Chef, Brandon McPartlan, allows you to pair your wines with cheeses and other seasonal offerings, which can be enjoyed out on our veranda or in the light and bright Tasting Room itself.
The Tasting Room is open daily, 12-5 weekdays and 11-6 on weekends. Current releases are available for retail purchase and wine samples are poured at your table on a rotating basis. Our knowledgeable staff will offer you a sample flight of a variety of our wines for $10. Fee is refunded with wine purchase and tastings are complimentary for Cass Wine Club Members.
Large groups do need to plan ahead, so please let us know if you are a group of 8 or more and we can schedule a personalized tasting experience.
