 Cabernet Franc, usually used for blending, is a consistent perfomer in our vineyard. Because of its distinct character and gentle tannins we have decided to make it into a pure varietal wine. Hints of fresh pencil shavings, unsmoked cigars and macerated cherries on the nose. Try it with upside down tomato beef pie. |
