Reserve Club
We make an ultra premium Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon blend for the fall wine club shipment. 100% of the 2005 & 2006 production went to the wine club, one bottle each. For 2007 we had an extra 20 cases and put it on the tasting list for a month...we found that there were customers that were interested in getting more than just a bottle.......
The Reserve Wine Club includes 3 bottles of the Reserve shipped twice a year, April and November. This price includes tax and shipping. Since this bottle retails for $90 , the shipment represents about a 40% discount over the retail price. Reserve members get all of the same benefits as regular members, five wine club party invitations per year, 20% discounts on food and wine, free shipping, and free tastings.

You deserve to shine, as does your food and wine! Of course, we all know that executing a memorable culinary adventure has its risks, as well as rewards. That's why we've thoughtfully formulated a series of menus for the home chef to follow. The risk of culinary calamity is over. It's time to be a star.
Wine & Gourmet Meal Package: Each meal is designed to pair with our wines. Included in the "Cass Café" gourmet meal package are gourmet recepies hand-selected by our Executive Chef, a high-end specialty kitchen tool chosen by our Executive Chef, as well as 7 bottles of Cass Estate-grown wines to compliment your three-course masterpiece.
The "Cass Café" menus are tested, easy to follow, and make a truly gourmet presentation at your table. Everything you need for your dinner is included in the package, (includes seven bottles of Cass Wine) with the exception of the fresh ingredients, easily found in the grocery store.
