Reserve Club Details:

We make an ultra premium Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon blend for the fall wine club shipment. 100% of the 2005 & 2006 production went to the wine club, one bottle each. For 2007 we had an extra 20 cases and put it on the tasting list for a month...we found that there were customers that were interested in getting more than just a bottle.......

The Reserve Wine Club includes 3 bottles of the Reserve shipped twice a year, April and November. This price includes tax and shipping. Since this bottle retails for $90 , the shipment represents about a 40% discount over the retail price. Reserve members get all of the same benefits as regular members, 5 parties per year, 20% discounts on food and wine, free shipping, and free tastings.

Included in our "Cass Café" gourmet meal packages are exotic and rare appetizers, spices, oils, vinegars, sauces, condiments and desserts from specialty food producers the world over.They are literally world-class award winners.

The "Cass Café" menus are tested, easy to follow, and make a truly gourmet presentation at your table. Everything you need for your dinner is included in the package, with the exception of one or two fresh ingredients, easily found in your grocery store.
