Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Please contact Cass Winery as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event tickets. Cancellation and refund request will be accommodated if requested 30 days prior to the event. If your ticket cancellation request is within 30 days of the event Cass will do their best to re-sell the event ticket. If Cass is able to re-sell the event ticket a refund will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase to the card use to purchase the tickets.
If Cass is not able to re-sell the ticket within the 30 days prior to the event the customer will remain financially responsible for the tickets. Cass will not refund the event ticket purchase.
