Paso Robles Cheese Co. is the newest cheese company based out of the central coast.  Our first release is a unique and delicious Truffled Fresh Goat Cheese, and as the name suggests, it features the addition of truffles.  This elusive and highly desired ingredient brings a surreal, earthy and decadent quality to the rich creaminess of this fresh goat cheese.

The cheese is fabulous for snacking and can be used to create unusual and creative recipes for the adventurous chef.  Truffled Fresh Goat Cheese will be featured at Thomas Hill Organics Restaurant in Downtown Paso Robles, locally at other retail locations, and at Cass Winery.
