Cass Estate beef is here!  1/3 lb grass fed, organic patty loaded with horseradish black pepper aioli, Rogue Smokey Blue cheese, Nueskies Bacon, crispy onions & arugula. Accompanied by a salad of organic baby lettuces topped with nuts and dried fruit.
