Cass Crab Cakes
California-style crab cakes, a house favorite!  Served with house-made remoulade, accompanied by a salad of baby organic lettuces

Smoked Chicken Salad                                                                                  
Featuring the versatility of our in-house, deep-pit roaster, these Mary’s Free Range Chickens are slowly smoked, then hand-pulled and mixed with dried fruit and crispy celery. Served on a bed of organic baby lettuces topped with nuts and dried fruit.

Pit Roasted Pulled Pork Tri-Tip Sandwich
Smothered in Jake’s BBQ sauce. Served on a ciabatta roll with melted mozzarella and  dijon mustard. Accompanied by a salad of organic baby lettuces topped with nuts and dried fruit.

Chef’s house cured Bacon, Baby Lettuce, Avocado, and Windrose Farm’s Smoked Tomato aioli on an Edna Valley Bakery hoagie roll.  Accompanied by a salad of organic baby lettuces topped with nuts

Cass Steak Sandwich                                                 
Marinated and grilled flat-iron steak sliced thinly on an Edna’s Bakery toasted hoagie roll.  Topped with organic tomatoes, locally-grown arugula, and a spicy garlic aioli. Served cold.  Accompanied by a salad of organic baby lettuces topped with nuts and dried fruit.

Benny’s Burger                                          
Cass estate Prime burger patty  loaded with Chef’s house cured bacon smoked over Syrah vines, house made pickled onions, & arugula.  Served medium.  Accompanied by a salad of organic baby lettuces topped with nuts and dried fruit.

Cheese and Meat Platter                       
Taste chef-selected artisinal cheeses and meats, each paired with a wine from the tasting list.  Accompanied by fruits, olives, nuts and flatbread crackers.
