Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policies:
Ticketed Events Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please contact Cass Winery as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event tickets. Cancellation and refund request will be accommodated if requested 30 days prior to the event. If your ticket cancellation request is within 30 days of the event Cass will do their best to re-sell the event ticket.
If Cass is able to re-sell the event ticket a refund will be issued for the full amount of the original purchase to the card use to purchase the tickets.
If Cass is not able to re-sell the ticket within the 30 days prior to the event the customer will remain financially responsible for the tickets. Cass will not refund the event ticket purchase.
If the customer does not show for an event the customer will remain financially responsible for the tickets. Cass will not refund the event ticket purchase.
Wine Club Tickets Cancellation/No Show Policy
Since we always have a waiting list for events, if you simply do not show up, we miss the opportunity to offer your spot to those on our waiting list, food gets wasted, and waiting list customers are disappointed...
For all wine club tickets that are complimentary, we ask that you call us 24 hours before the event or we will charge a no-show fee per guest. We don't want your $$ ... we want your phone call when you can't make it.
